PACEのライセンスUSBドングル等で使われる、ドライバーをインストールすると『LaunchDaemons』内に出来る
USBドングルを使わなくても
サウンド系のアプリケーションでは必須になっている場合が多いので
サウンド系のアプリケーションをインストールしているなら
あまり気にしなくても良いかもしれないが
気になるなら一旦削除してみても良い

削除後にサウンド系のアプリケーションが起動出来なくなる物があればビンゴ（死語かな？）
上記のサイトからドライバーを再インストールすれば治ると「思う」

Extensionsに
PACESupport.kext
PACESupport2.kext
PACESupportFamily.kext

StartupItemsに
PACESupport
等を追加する。

インストール後には
/System/Library/Extensions/PACESupportFamily.kext/Contents/Resources/paceload
をロードする

削除して、不具合があれば再インストールで良いと思います。
